Implementing Agency : National/Regional Centre for Organic and Natural Farming (N/RCONFs)
Objectives : The focus of this training program is on strengthening the Quality Control System of Biofertiliser and Organic fertilizer in country through enhancement of competence and proficiency of analysts as per FCO 1985 requirements.
No. of Participants : 20 Analysts/Technical Officers of Central/State Govt. associated with Biofertilizer/Organic fertilizer/NEDC testing as per FCO 1985 will be invited for 05 days residential training programme.
Course content :
- • Importance of quality testing activities for ensuring quality of Biofertiliser and Organic fertilizer and standard requirement of Laboratory as per NABL and ISO 17025 for quality assurance.
- • Introduction to Standard Operating Procedures to be followed while sampling biofertilizers and organic fertilizers before sending the samples for analysis.
- • Introduction to Quality testing parameters and standard specifications for biofertiliser and organic fertilizer as per schedule III, IV and V of FCO 1985.
- • Methodology of testing of different Biofertilisers and Organic fertilizers through wet lab experiments.
- • Reporting of Results as per norms of FCO.
