Implementing Agency : National/Regional Centre for Organic and Natural Farming (N/RCONFs)
Objectives : Field Functionaries and Extension Officers as well as Progressive farmers will be given technical know-how in the area of organic and botanical input production, package of practices, on-farm resource management, certification and marketing of organic and natural produce.
Programme Duration : 2 days’ duration training course
No. of Participants : 20 No. of participants in each course
Eligibility for participation : Participants will be Extension Officers and Staff of State Agriculture Departments including officials of ATMA, SAMETIs, KVKs (attached with Central/State Agriculture Universities, ICAR, Directorate of Extension and NGOs), Extension Officers of N/SRLMs as well as Faculty of State Agriculture Universities involved in promotion of organic and natural farming or members of any NGOs/Resource agencies selected by INM for imparting trainings to KrishiSakhis of N/SRLMs or members of any NGOs/Resource agencies engaged by State Departments. for implementation of NMNF etc. or any other scheme etc.
